By accessing or using Affluence Atlas, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Affluence Atlas is a private intelligence platform that generates location-based reports from publicly available business data, venue information, event listings, and community feedback. We offer one-time purchase bundles of searches and reports, not subscriptions.

3. Payments & Refunds

• All purchases are one-time payments processed through Stripe.
• Promotional codes are single-use unless otherwise stated and have no cash value.
• Reports are delivered digitally to the email address you provide. Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, all sales are final. Refunds are granted only in cases of technical failure preventing delivery.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use Affluence Atlas for lawful, networking, business, and lifestyle discovery purposes only. You may not:

• Use the platform to stalk, harass, or identify private individuals.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our search or delivery systems.
• Share or resell promotional codes outside their intended use.
• Use automated tools to access the platform without authorization.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, report formats, and platform design are the property of Affluence Atlas. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the reports you purchase. You may not redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit report content without written permission.

6. Disclaimers

Affluence Atlas does not identify, track, profile, or disclose private information about individuals. Results are based on publicly available data and community feedback. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Affluence Atlas and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any report content.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms or for conduct we deem harmful to the platform or other users.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
